A Play, A Poet and A Pastry

Come and enjoy a unique night of theatre, poetry and entertainment!

The Bunbury Banter Theatre Company is hosting a series of bi-monthly evenings in the Theatre Royal Dumfries studio and bar, under the title: 'A Play, A Poet & A Pastry.'

Each event will involve the high-quality semi-staging of a new studio play with professional actors and presented alongside poetry written in response to the script and also performed during the event. Following this and to conclude the evening's entertainment, there will be pastries, a Q&A and informal discussions in the bar with everyone involved.

These evenings, taking place in Scotland’s oldest working theatre, promise to weave first-rate and engaging entertainment, alongside an informal, lively and social atmosphere; perfect for mingling and mulling over the theatrical offerings, for both audience and creatives alike.
